Dear brother of Gary (Noi) Coyle, Joyce (Robert) Scott, and Deborah (Warren) Sutherland. Also survived by his step-mother Mary Phyllis Coyle. Billie was a graduate of Clarkston High School and worked at GM Parts in Waterford. He loved bowling, hunting, bow hunting, fishing, and making/rebuilding guitars.
