Beloved wife of Robert for 74 years; loving mother of Barbara Ann (Dennis) Kinder, the late Robert Wayne James (of James Gang Electronics) and Howard Anthony James (of J Alvin Homes of North Carolina). When GOD told Bertha and Alvin to go forth and multiply they took Him seriously! She dedicated her gifts to First Open Bible church (now Harvestland Ministries) since 1956. Where she was famous for her sweet coconut cakes.
