PAYNE, BARBARA ANN, age 76 of Waterford, passed away on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. She was born on December 13, 1945 in Highland Park. Barb enjoyed quilting, reading, traveling, and gardening. Most of all, she cherished spending time with her family. Barb will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 57 years, Gene Payne; children: Penny (Bob) Krause and Tim (Stacey Springer) Payne; grandchildren: Austin (Brittney) Krause, Jake Krause, and Aiden Payne; siblings: Dennis Young and Donna Wagner; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by both parents: William and Doris Young; step-mother, Eva Young; and sister, Linda Chanley. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
