PENMAN, BARBARA MAE, age 92, of Waterford, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020. She was born on September 20, 1928 in Pontiac to parents Hiram H. Smith and Caroline (Walls) Smith. Barbara is survived by daughters Jane of Waterford and Carol Lynch (John) of Clarkston. Grandmother to Jennifer Bramlett and Michael (Jessica) Bramlett, both of Waterford; Great Grandmother to Lilian Bramlett and Dalton Bramlett. Mrs. Penman was a school teacher for over 40+ years and was retired from the Waterford School District. As were her wishes, cremation has taken place and she will join her late husband of 64 years, Richard, at Great Lakes National Cemetery, in Holly, Michigan.
