BROTEMARKLE, BARBARA ANN, age 70 of Clarkston, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022. She was born on February 16, 1951 in Cumberland, Maryland to parents Walter Sr. and Eleanor Brotemarkle. Barbara graduated from Clarkston High School in 1969 and later retired from the telephone company. She was a member of CWA Local Pioneer Society. Barbara is survived by her siblings: Terry (Marie) Brotemarkle and Debbie (Lars) Stark; nieces and nephews: Brian (Kendra) Brotemarkle, Keith (Melissa) Brotemarkle, Robbie Stark, and Lisa Hall; great nieces and nephews: Danny, Brandon, Shelby, Carlie, Konner, Leeland, Brooklyn, Skylor, and Hunter. She was preceded in death by both parents, and brother, Walter C. Brotemarkle, Jr. A funeral service will take place at 11am on Monday, February 7, 2022 at COATS FUNERAL HOME – WATERFORD. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022 from 4-8pm. Interment at Ottawa Park Cemetery. Those desiring may make a memorial contribution to the Michigan Humane Society in honor of Barbara.
