EDLUND, ARTHUR A. "ART" of Clarkston, went to be with the Lord on June 15, 2024 at 87 years of age. Loving husband of Carolyn (née Robertoy) for 13 years and the late Barbara Edlund; father of Garry (Debbra) Edlund and Krista (Glenn) Rose; grandfather of Emily, Zachary (Andrea), Nickolas (Ashtin), Tiffany (Jon), Amber (Joe), Presleigh, and Aleigha; great grandfather of many; brother of Linda (the late Gene) Spraggue; step father of the late William (Nancy) McMaster and the late Terri Yovich. Art was a veteran of the US Navy and retired from Great Lakes Bank in Saginaw as vice president of collections. A faithful member of The River Church in Waterford, Art was a good Christian man who loved life and had many interesting hobbies, such as; refurbishing pedal cars; auctioneer; jewelry making; wire wrapping; and remote control boats. Art will always lovingly be remembered as a man of faith who loved his church; his family; respected and loved everyone; and a "true gentleman" in every sense of the word. He is someone who can never be replaced. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 20, 2024 at 1 PM at COAT S FUNERAL HOME-CLARKSTON, (8909 Dixie Hwy). Pastor Jayson Combs officiating. Family will receive friends Thursday 12 PM until time of service. Private burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Saginaw.
