SANZOBRIN, ANTHONY "TONY" M. of Waterford, passed away September 19, 2022 at 58 years of age. Tony was born in Royal Oak, Michigan to loving parents Don Louis and the late Carolyn Jo Sanzobrin; dear father of Anthony "AJ" Sanzobrin (Destiny) and Samantha Sanzobrin; grandfather of Theodore and Harper; brother of Matt Sanzobrin, Jenny Sanzobrin, David Sanzobrin (Michelle), and Michael (Mary Lou) Sanzobrin. Tony was a 1982 graduate of Troy High School and was a proud veteran of the US Army Infantry and part of the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a glazier by trade; He owned his own business for several years and later worked for Henderson Glass for 20 years. Known to his family and friends as "Tony Toast" (due to his love of bread) his other interests included: hockey; Star Trek; sun bathing; shooting guns; the outdoors; and surprisingly the middle child of 5 he was a "neat freak". He will be dearly missed by all who loved him. Burial with military honors will be October 7th, 2022 at 9:30 AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors.
