NEELY, ALBERT DALE, of Waterford, passed away March 5, 2021. He was the oldest of 3 siblings, born at the family farm in Mannington, West Virginia, the son of the late Walter Virgil and Frances Madeline Neely (nee Huffman); beloved husband of the late Wanda Jean Neely for 66 wonderful years; cherished father of John Neely, Tina (Rod) Fleischmann and Barry Neely; proud grandfather of Tracy Fleischmann. After high school, Albert proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He was a hard worker who retired from GM after 36 years. Albert was a quiet man of faith, had a stoic demeanor, and was always tender and loving. He will be deeply missed by all who know him. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
