Patricia Clare JONAS age 76, of Waterford, Michigan and Lake Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, died peacefully August 3, 2012.  She leaves to celebrate her life three children, Jan Thomas Jonas of Waterford, Timothy (Lisa) Jonas of  Pepperell, Massachusetts and Stephenie (Timothy Sullivan) Anne Jonas-Sullivan of Wiesbaden, Germany.  She also leaves behind 4 grandchildren, Lauren and Matthew Sullivan, Natia and Nick Jonas, her dearest friends Donna Lignon and Paulette Kovach, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and treasured friends who will all miss her effervescent presence and ready laughter.  Patti was raised in Glen Lyon, Pennsylvania.  She traveled the world with her late husband Stephen while he served his career in the Air Force.  Upon his retirement and raising their children, they both began working for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Corrections until their retirement in 2001.

Family will receive friends Tuesday 4 – 8 p.m.  

Funeral Service : A Celebration of her Life will be held Wednesday, August 8, 2012, 10:00 a.m. at COATS FUNERAL HOME – Waterford, Michigan. Memorial donations may be made to St. Judes Childrens Hospital.
