BENSON, CHRISTOPHER L. of Pontiac. Died Nov. 29, 2007 from complications of an automobile accident. Loving husband of Nicole. Cherished father of McKenna and Evan. Dear son of Carl & Cheryl Benson. Beloved brother of Chad (Machele) Benson. Brother in law of Christina (Wayne) Chamberlain. Son in law of Charles & Leona Ursu. Grandson of Willard O. (the late Shirley) Morse and Mildred (the late Charles) Benson. Great grandson of Arline Falk. Also survived by tons of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Chris was a fun loving guy who loved his family. He adored his nieces and nephews and they adored him. Chris was a graduate of Lakeland High School in 1992. He was the owner of A#1 Transmission in Oxford.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, December 4, 2007 10:30 AM at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 7979 Commerce Rd., West Bloomfield. Interment will follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery.

Visitation: Monday 2:00-5:00 & 7:00-9:00 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME, Waterford and at Church after 9:30 AM on Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Chris Benson Memorial Fund (for Chris’s children) through any Fifth Third Bank.
