ADLER , CHARLES W. "C.W." of Pontiac, died February 12, 2008, at 84 years of age. Beloved husband of Goldie Adler for 59 years. Loving father of the late Daniel and the late Gerald Adler. Also survived by his granddaughter Shawna Scherbing and his dog Choo-Choo. Mr. Adler was a veteran of the US Navy during WWII. He loved life, enjoyed telling jokes and was very outgoing. C.W. would stop and talk to anyone just to be a friend.He spent most of his time up north fishing, hunting and snowmobiling. He was a devoted father and husband. Once his granddaughter was born, he spent every minute he could raising his "Little Peanut" and making sure she could have anything she ever wanted.

Funeral Service: Monday, February 18, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at COATS FUNERAL HOME, Waterford, Pastor Rick Bosnack officiating. Burial will follow at Ottawa Park Cemetery, Clarkston.

Visitation: Monday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
