BANGHART, WILLIAM F. of Waterford. January 26, 2008 at 87 years of age. Beloved husband of Gloria for 63 years; Dear father of Cheryl (Steve) Bradshaw, Beverly Miles, Vickie (Dennis) Hyde and Gary (Lisa) Banghart; Grandfather of Kelly, Kristen, Kari, Ronnie, Renee, Stacie, Michael, Jennifer, Dennis and Brandon; Great grandfather of 9; Brother of Esther (Jerry) Peter and Elwyn (Bobbie) Banghart and the late Wilhemina, Elna, Doris and Perry; William was a retired auditor for the federal government in Pontiac. He served in the U.S. Air Force for 8 years and at one time had worked for Fisher Body. He was a life member of the VFW #1008, enjoyed bowling, baseball over 70 league and sitting in his recliner watching his big screen TV, resting his eyes.

Memorial Service: Wednesday, January 30, 2008 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrew Episcopal Church (5301 Hatchery Rd., Waterford). Interment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

Memorial Visitation: Tuesday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Coats Funeral Home, Waterford.

Memorial contributions may be made to Cranbrook Hospice. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
